Institute of Universal Consciousness (IUC) was established by beloved Guruji in 1989 with the noble cause of realizing the ancient thought of 'One World, One Family'. The theme at IUC is to achieve spiritual contentment through meditation, brotherhood among people of varied religions, service to humanity with an emphasis on serving the mentally handicapped.

Founded by Acharya Guruji Vinay Vinekar, the IUC draws its strength from his spiritual enlightenment attained through a divine experience of oneness with all existence.

Armed with this enlightenment and the great spiritual experience from living with several Yogis in the Himalayas, Guruji returned to develop the Vedic concept of 'Vasudhaiva Kutumba'-a world family.

He integrated the knowledge acquired from the Rishis with the best findings of the Chinese and Japanese thinkers. Developing a concept of holistic rejuvenation that works towards a healthy mind for a healthy body, Guruji has helped thousands so far in India and abroad to achieve a healthy and happy life, through his meditation and stress management techniques.

He has several centers within India. He has visited the U.S.A, Canada, U.K and Russia on invitation and spread the joy of his light there too.

Presently, Guruji is working on a world village concept being developed in the vicinity of Bangalore where drugless treatment of the mind will become a reality.
